Who we are

hiseo ("we", "us") is an early-stage product operated by Michael McCorry, building in public at @_bymich. This policy covers the hiseo.ai website.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist or request early access.
• A small, non-personal note of which form you used (for example, the main form or the exit prompt) so we can improve the page.

That's it. We don't ask for your name, payment details, or anything else at this stage.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your email solely to notify you about the hiseo launch and early access. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Where it's stored

Your email is stored securely in a database hosted on Cloudflare. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. If and when we send launch emails, we may use a reputable email provider to deliver them, and your email will be shared with that provider only for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. To understand how many people visit the page, we may use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts visits without identifying you or storing data on your device. That's why this site doesn't show a cookie consent banner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• See what data we hold about you,
• Correct it,
• Delete it, or
• Remove you from the waitlist entirely.

Just email us (below) and we'll action it promptly. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to complain to the ICO.

Data retention

We keep your email only while it's useful for the launch and early access. If hiseo doesn't go ahead, or you ask us to remove you, we'll delete it.
